Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is made, we will keep updating you on our progress. If you have any special requests or require faster delivery please contact our team directly. 

International customs processes might affect delivery times as well as seasonal holidays. There may be delays in deliveries for orders made in July or right around public holidays as our artisans are often on holiday. We aim to get your orders built and delivered as soon as possible.

We are currently offering free shipping for all orders international and national. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

Within Finland we will be happy to arrange a complimentary pick-up of the return at a location and time that suits you.

Please note that for orders coming from outside the EU, additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the destination.

Repairs & Servicing

The warranty starts on the day the product is delivered to the customer and lasts 3 years. The warranty covers all products ordered directly from The Contrast Club. The warranty covers any defects in materials used to manufacture the products, any defects in workmanship under normal use and any broken components under normal use. In case of such issues, the company will repair the product at no cost and deliver it back to the customer. The company will pay for delivery, but any additional customs fees must be paid by the customer.  

The warranty policy does not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster, theft or loss of the product.

To keep your item as good as new, we recommend sending it over for servicing. We check the mechanical systems, clean the product and give it a professional polish. 

You can send your piece to us for servicing whenever you like. We recommend having this done every two years if it is in frequent use.

To send your item over, please start by contacting us by email at info@thecontrastclub.com, or the WhatsApp number you received at purchase, and we will make sure your piece is restored to its initial state as much as possible.

Servicing is free in the first three years after purchase, and after that we will charge a 350 euro fee plus delivery costs.

Returns & Refunds

In order to receive a refund the item must be in its original condition and in its original box. Taxes and duties applied on orders delivered outside Finland cannot be refunded when returned. Any items with customisations are not eligible for a refund.

FAQ

You can use a soft cloth and soap water to gently clean the surfaces. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before storing in a jewellery box or pouch. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines.

For any polished surfaces you may also use a jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid using a polishing cloth on any matte metal surfaces.

For pieces with patinated surfaces avoid any physical contact. The area is protected with a lacquer, but it can come off with wear. Patina is a living surface and can change its look over time.

If you wish to restore the patina to its original form, please send it over to our atelier for servicing.

If you wish to get the piece cleaned and polished, and all internal parts checked up, you can send your piece to us for servicing. Please contact us by email on info@thecontrastclub.com, or the WhatsApp number you received at purchase, and we will make sure your piece is restored to its initial state as much as possible.

After purchase we will send you a private WhatsApp number that you can use to contact us quickly for any issues or questions you may have.

We are happy to resize rings free of charge within 90 days of purchase.

We will be flexible with accommodating your resizing request, but we offer this service completely at our discretion.

For orders delivered outside of Finland, we will require you to pay for any delivery and any customs fees.

Currently all pieces are made and assembled in Southern Finland.

Our pieces are cast in a jewellery foundry in Southern Finland, which has been run by the same family for four generations. The pieces are then hand polished and the mechanisms put in place by our precision engineers.

We choose our materials with care and aim to use recycled metals as much as possible. Currently our cast pieces use 100% recycled material.

No batteries are required. The Contrast Club products do not include electronics or battery powered components.
